Nomination period:

8/1/2011 - 10/31/2011: Online fans submit their nominations in 32 categories.

Finalist voting period:

Online fans vote for finalists in each category til Jan 5th 2012. The one in each category with the highest votes will win January 29th  2012

Award show & broadcast:

January 29th 2012  Top (5) Nominees  are announced but only (1) can win out of each category, along with performances by hip-hop’s hottest stars.

Tickets for Nominees 

Only (2) tickets will be given to the nominees, does not matter if there (4) in a group or your name if your name is in different categories. You will receive only (2) Free of admission which are to be pick up at TPAC Box Office by Jan 1st 2012. IF BY THEN HE OR SHE HAVE NOT PICK UP THEIR TICKETS NOMINEE WILL HAVE TO PAY TICKET PRICE All others will have to purchase a ticket  when they are available for sale. Nov 4th 2011    

NOMINATION AND VOTING RULES

Users must register to nominate/vote.With a vaild email. Once registered, users can nominate their favorites in 32 categories by using  going to http://www.hiphopintheville.com/. Nominations will start on Aug 1st and end on Oct 31st. Users can nominate once per award category.

Nominees with the highest amounts of VOTES  FROM THE PUBLIC,FANS OR FAMILY will qualify as the winner and will be announce January 29th 2012. We ask you respect the winner even if you don't agree. Hip Hop in the Ville staff or  its sponsor will not determine the winner only the public has that voice to do so with the votes.
